Refund Policy

This policy applies to premium practice exam packages purchased on https://ai7x7.net. Free products are not covered because nothing is charged.

14-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than one of the five full-length exams in the package. If you have completed two or more, we treat the package as substantially used and refunds are at our discretion.

Always refunded

• Duplicate purchases of the same package.
• Technical faults on our side that prevented you from sitting the exams and that we could not fix within five working days of your report.
• Material errors in a package (for example a form published with the wrong question count) that we cannot correct promptly.

Not refunded

• Not passing an official certification exam. Our materials are study aids and do not guarantee results.
• Changes to official exam content by the provider. We update our content; such changes are outside our control.
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago where the exams have been used, except at our discretion.

How to request

Email support@ai7x7.net from the address on your account with your order reference (it is in your receipt and in your dashboard under Orders). We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded package is revoked.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have in your country of residence.
